What is the property address? A real estate agent can't tell you accurately without seeing it, but we can give you ball park estimates.

Research. Use zillow and do some research to what your neighbors house sold for if they are comparable in size, style, views, year built etc..

Zillow doesn't exactly give market values, but they do have Zestimate number. You can read more about what it is here. If you want to see the Zestimate for a house, you can go here enter the address in the Find Homes box and hit the blue GO button. If Zillow has one for the house, a map will come up for the area. Click on the address box to get to the home page. You can also claim your house here for even more access to your house information.

That is kind of a loaded question, let me explain why. You can find all kinds of website, assessments....etc that will give you estimates of what your home is worth. But ultimately your home is only worth what a buyer or a bank at appraisal if you are looking to refinance.
If you are looking to resell your home, the best thing to do is to have what Paula was mentioning, a comparative market analysis. Most Realtors(including myself :) will provide this to you free, and no obligation to you.
