where do i get a copy of deed to my paid off home in arizona?

The actual deed should have been recorded when you purchased the home.  There are two online methods for getting a copy.
1) Go to the county recorder's website and enter the appropriate information to search for the document  This would be the method to use to find the Deed of Reconveyance also, once it recorded.
2) Go to the county assessor's website and find the property valuation page through their search tool; once you have located the property there will be a link to the deed document.

After you've paid off your loan you will not receive a deed.  The lender should return the deed of trust to you marked "paid and canceled"

You need to make sure that your deed of trust has been be recorded as "released."
