MLS means "Multiple Listing Service."  If you posted the home yourself, there is no MLS number.
Are you using a real estate agent?
Does their brokerage feed to Zillow?
If the answer to both of the above questions is yes, then you have 2 choices:
1. Manage the zillow listing yourself and enter the listing number into the marketing remarks.  Once someone is editing a post, Zillow software assumes you want it that way, and overrides the 3rd party feed.
2. Unclaim the home and let the agent's feed take over the listing.  This will take a couple of days.
There's more to it, but does this answer your question?

Thank you for your answer. I posted the house myself because our realtor does not post on zillow. Our house has a MLS number and I will enter it under the marketing remarks section. Thank you

The MLS number should feed automatically from you agent's listing thru several sources.  If you look at the listing and see where the info to Zillow is coming from:  Go to your house lisitng page and scroll to the very bottom.  You will see your agents name and a thing that says List Source.  Your agent can make sure that it is being fed correctly and the MLS number should show up.
