Aside from tracking down agents to search the MLS in the areas that you are interested in, try checking out Trulia. They list a lot of commercial and residential income property, and have a handy pull down for property type that you can select 'multi-family' on.
Overall all your best bet is to find a real estate professional in the areas where you would like the income property be, and have them work for you. Don't be afraid to wrangle up a couple of agents in different areas.
As far as on Zillow, I have yet to see a multi-family option. Maybe someone can correct me, or they can work on that.
