Your local bank or credit union is a good source. Ask about a HELOC if this is your current home and an 203K loan if this is a purchase.

I have done several 203k remodels, the program works . I recommend
Kim Harris at Brand Mortgage 404 957 7391 . Great customer service.

Since this is posted in the Green section, I'm assumiing you are looking for a loan that will recognize the value of Green improvements. If you look for Green Certification programs in your state they will typically partner with lenders. The Energy Star program has this link to lenders on their site.
I'd recomend posting this in the Mortgage section of Zillow and ask about programs that are sensitive to Green additions. The response will be across the board. I think B of A is giving $1,000 to closing costs? Woop.

I have found that Bank of America is a good source for 203k (home improvement loans). You may want to contact Jacy Everling w/ BofA at 703-779-7015.
where is the best place to get a home improvment loan
