Scott from Listingbook here. Listingbook is not a lead generation site. It is the program to give to buyers, sellers and prospects you already know. With it, they search completely up to date MLS information and never see ads for another agent. Agents stay informed of their customers activity and in control. There is also automated drip marketing that goes out to each contact, every day, with branding from the agent.
So far 180,000 agents have started using Listingbook with over 2 million of their contacts. The average agent does 1.5 additional sides in the first year and the increase grows from there.
