By the way, Mary Jane Taglieri is the owner and broker for Options Real Estate (978) 979-0845, and has been posting that house for sale all over the internet since September 15, 2010; and she posts that it is listed in the local multiple listings as MLS # 71137064 (Just re-listed), so if you have no intention to sell, and don't want her representing you, you need to contact the state DRE, and the local board and have her put out of business.
