Anyone can register for an online or in-person real estate auction auction, such as www.realestateauctions.com.  However, you do not want to bid on a home unless you serious about buying, have done your due diligence, are aware of all terms, and have the funds to close w/in 30-45 days.  Sometimes, you can be penalized if you bid with no intention of going through the transaction.  In the www.realestateauctions.com method, it can be a wonderful way to get a home b/c you know the current bid, unlike a traditional way of submitting an offer, going in with a blindfold, and not being aware of what is really going on behind the scenes with the listing agent's current offers.
