Usually if the home is active, any realtor would more than happy to show you the home. In fact, most Realtors set up a search that meets your needs. The search is sent to your email so you know what is happening in the market. The search tells you when a home goes under contract, or even when the listing price is lowered.

Hi,
This property is not currently under contract according to the listing office on Friday, June 19. It was "withdrawn" from the MLS while the selling bank decides if they want to put it back on the market or remove it temporarily. The listing office didn't say this, but bank repos can change listing agents fairly often, so it's possible that the bank will relist with someone else.
Someone will have to monitor the situation closely. If you don't already have a broker helping you, please click on my picture for my contact information.
