Just to follow up on my previous post, I wanted to let you know that the bank foreclosed on the property on Wednesday for $442,000. The lender is Bank of America. I would watch and it should come on the open market for sale in the near future. It can be as soon as a few weeks to several months, depending on if they need to do any clean-up and a few other factors. I hope that helps and best of luck to you!
