Contact a buyers Agent and have them work for you. They can do comps on the home in question, suggest home inspectors, negotiate on your behalf, and guide you through the buying process.

I overlook the seller's personal stuff and concentrate on the size, area & architectural features.

I look at the owner's possessions, but also visualize my own possessions in there.

I'm distracted because I focus on the seller's decor, color schemes, photos, and other possessions.
