Find yourself a buyer agent who can guide you through the process, if you need one in your areas, please email me and I will put you in touch with one.  Good luck!

You can speak to any local Realtor, and get a feel for them.  Be sure to ask if they are a FULL TIME agent and meet in person with the ones you wish to meet.  Then choose ONE to represent you, and build a relationship with them.  A good Realtor on your corner is extremely valuable...

Best wishes from So-Cal and good luck

It is always recommended to have somebody to represent you in a transaction. If there is a real estate company close where you live, I am certain, agents will be happy to help.

If a property is listed for sale on Zillow, you'll find the contact information for the listing party at the bottom of the home details page.

Or, you can find a good buyer's agent and have them do the leg work.   Not all agents are the same quality, interview hard before selecting one to represent you,.
