You can file with the Department of Commerce and can also file an Ethics Complaint with the MN Association of REALTORS. We take this stuff seriously - I sit on some of the hearing panels and can assure you that we don't want bad members hurting the rest of us or the public.

Hamp is still as funny as ....that's a thumb. Where have you been anyway?
It is impossible for a Realtor to commit fraud, the NAR says so. Realtors are subjected to a strict ethics code and are infallible. Realtors are experts on all matters concerning real estate especially when it comes to financing so fraud simply is not an option. You must be mistaken.

I would have a couple of questions for you:
1. How do you know it's an FHA loan? (seprate thread question)
2. How do you know it's Fraud?

If the Realtor has actually committed fraud, you should call the Police.
