I used to own it. My family bought it from the Durning family. I sold it (and some others) in a joint sale to an investor. I grew up in it. It had been a great house and selling it really hurt, but the neighborhood crackheads had gotten inside during a brief period of vacancy and did lots of incredible damage to it. Too much for me to afford the repairs with the money and obligations I had. So it was sold. That hurt. Please take good care of it. It was a lovely place.

All NYC property info is available on www.nyc.gov site- under the Department of Finance section. The tool on the Department of Finance called ACRIS, is incredibly powerful- but not the easiest to use.
