I agree it must be very frustrating to find listings that are looking like they are still available. I have tried to remove my properties, but ZILLOW site still doesn't remove them.
I have been a real estate agent for 11 years and I have sold property in the Manchester area for over 4 years. I am associated with an office that has been in business in Manchester for 25 years.
There are many agents who know the Manchester area very well. Please let me know, If I can help you find a property or weed out the properties that are available from the properties that are not.

It is very frustrating how many properties remain in Zillow's website showing that they are for sale when the properties have been sold or removed from the market. Zillow's listings are only as good as the listings that the agents feed to Zillow. Expired listings because they weren't updated by the agents are all too common. As the creators of these listings don't appear to be solving the issue and doing better at cleaning up, Zillow has hired a person to work on filters to identified expired listings. It is a good addition.

available is to hire a good Buyer's agent. Never depend on the internet.
Because of the way that MLS feeds out into the internet, often there are homes that are under contract and closed on some sites.
