Hi 13799Z -

Our maps come from a variety of aerial and satellite providers and each are continually trying to update. It may be several years old in some places.

Why?   Because there is not an airplane flying over your house daily taking pictures.   Zillow gets their "bird's eye view' photos from a third party provider, with an expected update frequency of 3 to 5 years.

If this bothers you and you are thinking of buying, takes some pictures of your own or ask the current owner for copies of blue prints, permits etc.
