Reviews are moderated by Zillow, so usually it takes a couple of business days (but sometimes more than a week) for them to appear.
I suspect Zillow looks at the originating ISP and if a review was written on your computer it may not be approved.
Your client can check the status of a review they've written by signing into their account, then to "My Zillow" ---> Profile ----> reviews written.

Thanks. I agree it is good idea to avoid notorious behaviour.

@Ritu: If the review was written on your computer, Zillow is likely to reject it because it will be tagged with your ISP number (i.e. look like you wrote it yourself). Zillow does communicate with the person who wrote the review. They can open their profile (under My Zillow) and click on "reviews written".

I had a similar issue ...my clients wrote while they were with me. However Zillow does not even commute that it was disapproved. They are going to rewrite the review hopefully this time it comes through.

When submitting a review, Zillow says it might take up to seven days to appear on your profile
