I have to be honest and say I have made that mistake (corrected it immediately) as the other answer said if you don't get your O's right you can make big mistakes. Celebration is fine we are very low on inventory at present only having 64 houses in total for sale this time last year we had double that.

You know what I think is happening? When we list things on our mls we only put the first three numbers because we have checked a box beside the price to include o's. Agents might be getting it confused and that is what is happening....perhaps

This is not the MLS (a site that is paid for and regulated), this and other free sites are only as good as the person putting the info in. You can always log on to a real estate company site that is "IDX LINKED" meaning it has MLS access pulled to that site. You may have to search around in your area for it, but most companies use this.
