Let me know if this is your question,  you want to know why a home being marketed on Zillow shows more than one different price?

Let me know if this is right or clarify more what you want to find out1

It could be a number of different things.  If you are talking about on Zillow.  It could be because the zestimates are more like questimates and then there is tax value which is never really a fair judge of market value.  Market value is determined by looking at everything that has sold in the past 6 months.  If you are looking to purchase in the Dallas area give me a call or and email.  I cover all of Dallas county and the surrounding areas.  Also I give a 20% rebate to any buyer that buys through me.  Dont hesitate to call with questions.
