It could be a number of different things. Â If you are talking about on Zillow. Â It could be because the zestimates are more like questimates and then there is tax value which is never really a fair judge of market value. Â Market value is determined by looking at everything that has sold in the past 6 months. Â If you are looking to purchase in the Dallas area give me a call or and email.
