It looks like your house was sent to Zillow on a feed by the agent. The feed is no longer active on the agent site, but it is still on Zillow. You can flag it at the bottom of the hoe page here to "report problem with listing" to send Zillow a report and let them know. 

They should be able to get it off. In fact the agent may have already removed it, but it can take a day or two to come off of Zillow.
