yes it is a triplex and was on the market for 699k .. when it was "pulled off" the market.. please contact me for a comparable analysis ... of multi unit properties.

4270 Hamilton Avenue is a tri-plex property. It is possible that Zillow only "Zestimates" single family homes. Maybe the Zillow people can elaborate further?
