Wetdawgs gave you the only response you'll get...Zillow doesn't feel responding to you is a good use of THEIR time...
Reponse from Zillow to suggestion they have Staff respond to questions about the Zestimate changes
"Most, if not all of the answers are in the FAQ's regarding the new changes. We can point people to these posts, but we can't force them to read. It's not a good use of our time to re-write the same thing that is already out there every time someone has a question.

If a poster has a question to clarify the FAQ's we can certainly do that.
We are monitoring the forums and social media. Albeit, as you know we also rely on our community to answer questions, as we can't be everywhere at once." Link
