I am showing their last price drop to be around $50,000 on 10/2009. Without speaking to the list agent and asking if the owners will disclose the reason for the price drop, I can only speculate. Since the home has been on the market since 07/2008 with an original list price of $747,900, my opinion would be that they are simply getting agressive with their pricing in hopes of an offer. Clerk of courts is a great place to research if there are potentially any financial problems ect.
