Normally what's pulled from MLS also have addresses (at least all mine have). But if you're listing for banks, perhaps some of them are pulling from foreclosure records. I've seen quite a few of those happen.

Still more clues are needed because you described two issues. One is double appearance of some properties and the other is that the address not showing.
Manually, did you claim the home then set it for sale? If not, then you will have a double entry.

The ones I entered manually have the address, the rest I believe were pulled from MLS.
