why do some of the houses im looking at not have who to contact so i can see the house

Are you looking at houses that are for sale with red icons?    If so, the contact info tends to be at the very bottom.  If there are grey icons, then they are not for sale.

Zillow does not link with the MLS which will have all the contact info. You would be better seved reviewing homes on a MLS related site, or better still have a realtor in your area send you all the homes that meet your criteria. They will ahve all the contact and showing info, to enable you to get access.
