From what I've seen, foreclosure information most often comes to Zillow directly from foreclosure.com. Most of the listings on Zillow that are listed as "forclosures" do not have addresses listed and most of the time the photo shown is within a couple blocks of the actual foreclosure, but often not the exact house.
If you house is being shown in the photo, I would contact foreclosure.com directly here and tell them to remove your house photo and move the geocode closer to the actual foreclosure. Other people have made that request and the other website has removed their house for the foreclosure list so it might help you too.

why do you have my house as a foreclosure?
I joined Zillow to find out where your information comes from. My home is not in foreclosure as indicated on Zillow, using Bing as a browser. Never has been, never even close...I'm fuming that your site can post inaccurate information. How do I get it corrected?
