why do you the value of my home listed at about a third of what it's worth

1106 Killian Dr, Manfield, TX 76063 . and when you ask for a photo it gives you the photo of some house that no longer exists( there is a Target there now...)

You can claim your house, make changes to the pictures, upload new ones and add the vital info, ie. square footage, bedrooms, baths, etc. Make sure the photos are nice and include any upgrades (Kitchen, flooring, finsihed basement, pool, etc)

The property data on your home on Zillow shows no information on size, no information on bedrooms and none on bathrooms.   As a consequence, the Zestimate is more or less a place holder.

But, you can claim your home and provide those details if you wish.
