why doe the quote keep changing???

I am looking for a single family house that is between 25000 and 150000.
But when I hit enter your site keeps changing my max to 2,789,546!!!


This happens every single time I tried to use your site.
I will not only not be using your site
I am letting my friends know about this ridiculous site
