The house is older than mine and I live across the street and mine is showing. 269 Regency dr is around the corner and not even near this house. It shows in street view. In other words the house is there but if you type in the address it does not come up.. It has to be a software issue.....

It does show up on the street views on Zillow as well, as all street views are a direct reference to google's website.
But one does need to open the home details page of a neighbor's house:
293 Regency Dr Nashville
Scroll down to the map, and then select street views, and then arrow over to the left.
But for some reason, the approximate address indicated is 269 instead of 291; so there is a problem with the approximate address.
As far as getting the address shown on the map; set a "make me move" for the property from your profile page (under listings), and a home details page will be created for it. Then remove the make me move if you don't want it.
Sometimes, if a house is built more recently, it doesn't show up in the county records yet.

I also see it on google maps, have you tried to claim the house (if its yours) and place it on the map?

Street view comes from www.maps.google.com Is 291 Regency Drive showing up when you go direct to the source?
why does 291 Regency Drive not show up in street view but all houses around it does?
