why does Zillow no longer post tax history? I cannot see tax history on any property in any region.

You might be checking duplicate entries of properties which doesn't have public records.

You can check if its a duplicate by clicking on "More Facts" at the home details page, you'll see that there are no facts available from public records.

I checked four states on the west coast and all four random examples show the tax history for the properties.  It is strange it doesn't show for your region.
