no its my home and neither of these issues has occurred-the house was not transferred and the sale price was previously posted-its very odd

Are you saying it was recently listed and not sold or could this be from a previous sale? If so, it might be a sale where both Buyer and Seller agreed not to publically disclose the sales price.

Your house might have been transfered from a husband to a wife or put into a trust of some sort. The $1.00 transaction indicates it was most likely a transfer between or amongst family members.
