I checked your account and I can see one claimed house that is posted for sale. Are you referring to that property?

It sounds like your house is on an automatic listings feed. You can see who is sending the feed to Zillow by scrolling down to the bottom of the main house page to the "Listings provided by". For example, this house house here is being sent on a feed by agent Cheryl T...ey. You need to contact whatever agent is listed in the listings section on your home page directly to remove the automatic listings feed to Zillow.
Call the agent directly and tell him to remove it from the feed. Removing a feed is quick and takes only 1-3 days to be unlisted. I would also do a google search for your address and make sure your house isn't listed for sale anywhere else so that the agent can remove it from ALL feeds not just the one to Zillow.
Zillow can help you remove the for sale posting if you flag it, but it will be more permanent if you contact the agent directly. Once he removes the feed, the posting for sale on Zillow will come off automatically. Hope it helps.

I took a look at the history of your 'post' and it looks like you've been trying to get this done (removed) for over a year. Is that correct?
So, let's assume you've done all of the following
1) Had the "source" of the listing information updated to reflect the fact that your home is not for sale
2) Claimed the home
3) 'Canceled' the listing (although it seems - from an older post - that you don't want to 'Cancel' the listing)
If you haven't done each of these, its likely that you home will continue to be listed - unless Zillow support steps in and addresses this issue directly. Have you contacted Zillow directly?
Another agent has suggested adding a new 'status' option to help consumers with this kind of issue - as it does seem to occure on a regular basis. I'd second his suggestion!
