Personally, I don't see what the issue is with a less than 3% fluctuation and/or "adjustment", when the posted tolerance range is about +/- 20%.

I couldn't find any of the neighbors that increased $3k in the past 30 days... so I'm comparing it to one that increased $900 instead:

I'm really not seeing that much difference.
And then "smoothing" with shifted running averages:

I certainly would like to know this as well. My 1600 ft, well maintained home had an $8000 loss in a month while my neighbor's 1000 ft battered mobile home down the road had an increase of $5000. Trulia has my house valued at what I feel it is worth. I won't be using Zillow any longer for credibility. They are a joke.
