why does the bing map not show the correct location?

Jerusalem RI is in the town of Narragansett off Succotash Rd but the map shows some mosquito infested location instead.

I've found Bing off quite a bit on locations...try mapquest & you will have better luck with the destination in real estate being properly marked.  Call me if you still can't find it.
