My listing on 1067 Boston Post Rd. Sudbury Mass. keeps changing price. i have it priced at over 500k and it originally came up in Zillow for 50k.  I manually changes it.  Yesterday I was made aware that it had "been reduced in Zillow to the 50k again.  Nothing has changed so my qestion to you is WHY?

Your listing is coming from a listing feed from ERA  real estate with a price of 50,900.  Therefore, the feed overwrites the price in Zillow.   If you correct the price in the feed, then it will stay correct on Zillow.

Usually when there are problems in data on a home on Zillow, chasing back the listing feed identifies the problem.  You can find the feed by scrolling to the bottom of the home details page.

As this is a problem from your agency's feed, you may need to chase this down all over the internet OR change the feed.

Did you post the listing in Zillow yourself, or did it just pull the information from external sites?  If it pulled externally, have you checked the MLS to see if it is, in fact, listed for $500,000 and not $50k?
