Please provide more specifically the public database that zillow uses for Saratoga Springs, NY.
I note too that my house was NOT sold in 2005 as posted. I have owned this property since 1987. Likewise I see neighbors property as being sold when it has NOT.
I request that Zillow provide way for owner to correct this kind of mistake either by allowing comment or otherwise.

I have contacted the town, the village, the bank and local realtors. All state the information was never relayed as you state. Where did the information come from, so myself and my neighbors can rectify the false information on your website.

Zillow is pulling data from public databases, and sometimes the public databases are in error. Perhaps if you flag the data that are incorrect in the property details page they will respond.
