There could be a lack of information of the area and a lack of homes that have sold in the area. Thus, Zillow doesn't have enough information to make a Zestimate. If you would like to know what your home could sell for let us know. We have been very sucessful in assisting sellers and buyers through the short sale and foreclosure processes. Let us know if there is anything we could help you with.

I am thinking of selling my now. It is under foreclosure at this time. There are many other homes in our area that under foreclosure and they all have your market price them.

Give us a few more details so you can help you trouble shoot?
Is your home for sale by an agency? Does the agent work with Zillow?
Did you list it yourself and enter it in Zillow?
