Overall prices in Maumee have actually increased slightly in the last month, even on Zillow's market reports. The best analysis of the value of your home would be done by a Realtor who is knowledgeable in your area. In the meantime, check your home's details on Zillow and, if any are incorrect, you can make the changes to help the value be more accurate.
