If you open the home details page and scroll down to the Zestimate graph, it appears (to an outsider) that there was a tremendous unjustified (?) deflection upwards in the Zestimate between April and Sept 2011, therefore, the recent drop appears to be bringing the Zestimate of the home back in line with the community trends.

At the moment your Zestimate appears to be the highest in the neighborhood. The neighbors' Zestimates haven't had the big trend deviation, so aren't showing the correction.
