why has my house dropped so much in such a short time?

I'm the owner of 14 windermere avenue greenwood lake, ny 10925. I noticed that my house has recently dropped $23,000 from its Zestimate and that the $/feet is very low. Other houses in the market have stayed the same. Why has my house dropped in value? My neighbors' houses, which are a lot smaller and offer less are almost at my zestimate. What happened?

If you open the home details page and scroll down to the Zestimate graph, it appears (to an outsider) that there was a tremendous unjustified (?) deflection upwards in the Zestimate between April and Sept 2011, therefore, the recent drop appears to be bringing the Zestimate of the home back in line with the community trends.  



At the moment your Zestimate appears to be the highest in the neighborhood.  The neighbors' Zestimates haven't had the big trend deviation, so aren't showing the correction.
