What is the address of the home you are asking about?  Is it listed with two different prices in the multiple listing service or on a website?

If it's on a website other than the MLS it may be an error as some of our listings are picked up by different feeds and it may not have picked up a price adjustment.

If you post the address I can look that up for you.

That was what the NAR agents were stating as the prices approached the peak in 2005 and 2006 too.  Are you really telling people that they have to "overspend" or they will be "priced out forever" so that they will have an upside-down mortgage in less than 2 years?

Have you not studied bubble declines yet at all?

Or are you so desperate for clients that you are happy to put those clients in bankruptcy just to put food on your table for a few weeks?

The house probably relished with a new Realtor. I will caution to not "watch" a house for much longer if this a house you want to purchase. Homes are starting to sell pretty good. Determine what you are willing to pay for the house and make an offer, otherwise you will be "watching" someone else move into it!
