why is a property i listed on 4/19 showing on zillow that it has been on the market for 201 days,

i tried to edit it but i am unable to.

The agent has it listed to either get customers/clients even though it no longer exists or they have neglected to remove it or update the status.

Some of the possible reasons:

a.  It had been on the market previously, and the agent hadn't removed it (or owner if it was FSBO).

b.  The owner had had a "make me move" price on the property.

If you look at the table in the property details page, you can get a clue what may have happened.

Days on the market can't be edited by the user.  Sometimes Zillow will respond to a plea if you flag a property.
