why is lot size incorrect on 822 Greenview, Apollo Beach, FL?

this lot size is listed as 1 acre but actually only 107 X 125. this could be why the estimated value is over $50,000 more than similar size and age properties. Should be corrected, very deceiving...

If the property is your then you may claim your home on Zillow and edit the incorrect details, that is not so sure that it changes the Zestimate, it may however change the owner estimate.

The lot size is shown as 13,500 sqft on trulia.com
Sound like crazy but the other website estimates $90K higher than Zestimate due to higher purchased price from the recently sold homes which is used as comps even with 107 X 125 lot size.
