Zillow is a good resource to get an "idea" of value. If you want a true idea of value you should talk to a professional, an Appraiser or a Realtor. I think Zillow has trouble with neighborhoods like Pepperwood because there is a lot of fluctuation within the neighborhood. For example within the Pepperwood area in the last 90 Days 11 homes have sold that range from $437,000 - $2,850,000.
Now let me do a quick estimate of value for you, because I believe Zillow is way off on this one. In my opinion, if you were to list your home today I think you could get anywhere from $690,000 - $720,000, and it would sell in less than 90 Days. Depending on the condition and amount of upgrading you could possible push it up above $720,000.
