Zillow may have gotten the information incorrect from the data company or the public records information, but as the owner you can claim your house on your home page here using the yellow "edit" pencil under the house photo to claim your house and then update home facts with that same menu.

The change is immediate, but it can take a few weeks for the update to show in the Zestimate if it's going to.
