You would like "credit" for all of your work... I am sure you get that credit everyday when you enjoy the "wonderful features" you have added. With that said. The zestimate is based on public records and other general information. You could paint every room in the home with solid gold paint and buy diamond studded faucets and it probably wouldn't show in your zestimate. Your Zestimate is an estimate of value what you need to determine the new value is a professional appraisal or at least a CMA. which will not show up as the "Zestimate".
