Yes, Last sale was as a vacant lot.
I just entered the property FSBO and zestimate is a lot closer to correct; still low but aren't they all...

It appears your listing created a duplicate property entry with no historical data.  You would probably prefer this one as a bit closer.   I suspect (as an outsider) that your Zestimate is so low because the last sales price shown (june 2007) is so low - I'm guessing because it was empty land.
