The sellers may have had it professionally appraised, Zillow is not at that level, hence the name zestimate, ie guesstimate, estimate.

Zillow provides a "zestimate" of the properties value. It is based on computer programs and algorithms and all sorts of data. The sellers price is based on emotion, hope and an agents suggestion.
