The thing about "Zestimates" in NH is that Zillow does not get most information that real estate agents, assessors and appraisers use to value a particular home. Zillow also doesn't have local knowledge to know which homes may not be comparable due to factors that it can't take into account.
When dealing with any property in NH or VT, I tell my clients to basically ignore any automated property value. Those programs are designed to work great for tract housing where you have a hundreds of similarly designed homes all built at the same time in less than a square mile. Definitely not the situation that you would ever find in Rindge!
Don't let that value throw you or even influence you if you are looking to put your house back on the market. Find a good local agent and have them give you a value range in this market. If you need a recommendation, let me know. I have worked with a few agents in that area.

why is the zillow estimate so low
This house has a full poured concrete foundation, 2X6 construction with insulation.
Over an acre of land, large family room, garage under, deeded water rights to three beaches, a legal 3 bedroom septic ( most of the other homes do not meet code )
