Your realtor can feed the correct information to Zillow, if there is a previous listing that Zillow has from the tax records, you need to go in and flag it or report a problem with it,(bottom of the listing page, left side) in the meantime, your realtor can mention that her's is the correct information on the property in her description. Hope that helps.

They said I had raised the price of my unit by $65,000. Which was a lie. The townhouse next to me which has less sq. Ft. Than mine, less bdrm, etc had just sold for that amount less than they said my unit is worry less though it has 300 sq ft more and so forth. Zillow needs to get it's info straight. I had my realtor pull my property off rather than have the wrong info that made clients decide my property was worth $70 grand less than it is. And what is the recourse?

Zillow is not syndicated with most MLSs. When I last heard (a few months ago) it was only 2 of the 700 MLSs.

Zillow gets it's information from your Realtor's MLS. Have your Realtor correct the information on their MLS on it will be corrected on Zillow within 24 - 48 hours.

As Vince comments, Zillow only shows what is obtained from public records so they offer tools for the home owner to claim the property and edit the home facts incase the information obtained is not accurate. If it is listed for sale, the agent will need to do the corrections.
It sounds like you have a complex property situation that is out of bounds for the Zestimate calculations.

why is there wrong information about my property?
I have another house on the same property that is 1800 sq ft that you do not have a picture of. 2143 is the 1800 sq ft house with 17.8 acres and is the original property. We built the 3900 sq ft house on the same 17.8 acres after we bought the original house and property. We had to give the 3900 sq ft house an address for 911 so it is 2159 Quiet Cove Ln , Stanfield, NC ,28163.So in short I have both of the above homes on the same property which is listed with the county as one property. Can you please update your zestimate of my property value as it should be with one house being 1800 sq ft and the other at 3900 sq ft . The property is currently for sale so you can get all of the correct information from realty.com etc. Thanks , Bill
