The property is still listed because iHOUSEWeb Solutions, Inc did not do their job and take it off Zillow when it sold. The agent has not bothered to take it off many other site either like this one either here.
He may be using it to have people call so he can say it is sold and sell them another house or her may have just forgotten to manage his listings properly. Either way it is a pain in the neck for people looking for a house.

Some sites allow us to maintain the records (Realtor.com, Zillow, etc.) while others do not. We still receive calls & emails from people concerning properties we sold or leased 6 months ago. If you're using a Realtor, they can adjust/correct the MLS info, which feeds many other websites.
